Mesa Announces 100% of Warrants Exercised

 Mesa (TSX-V: MSA) ("Mesa") is pleased to announce that all of the warrants and brokers warrants issued as part of the December 2010 financing have been exercised by the warrant-holders. Mesa has received gross proceeds of $461,860 which will be used to advance the Green Energy Project, a brine deposit containing significant lithium, potash, magnesium, boron and bromine.
